The Resident Office Plan includes your choice of an internal or external private office starting at 100sq. ft. up to 250 sq. ft., or use multiple offices when more space is needed.
You can relax. We can have you up and running in two hours!
Our staff is here from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M-F. You can enter the building with your key fob any day at any time. There are 9 Cameras strategically placed throughout our facility recording activity 24/7/365.
Quantum has employed the same trustworthy cleaning company since it opened its doors in 2001. We clean your office 5 days a week 24/7/365 Air Conditioning at no extra charge CAM, Electric & Water also are included Parking is free! A well lit parking lot, with all parking in front of the building.

Our Resident Office Plan provides you with a corporate mailing address with individual locked mail boxes and mail handling for your incoming and outgoing mail. FedEx, UPS, and Courier drop-off and pickup are at the reception desk. A very secure client pick up and drop off service is also available for documents and packages.
We are an extension of your business if you need us to be. We provide document witnessing and there is a notary on site. We can work for you on as little as 6 minute increment. Just schedule it!
We have a color and black and white copier that does it all! There is a postage machine, no need to go to the post office also a heavy duty shredder. And much more!
